Associate

Overview of the role:

The Associate is responsible for data entry, data extraction, verification & validation, database/document management, quality control, analysis support, email management and reporting.

Core Job Duties:

The roles and responsibilities include the following:

• Input, update and maintain data accurately in database/systems
• Cleaning and formatting raw data to make it consistent/standardized. This involves identifying and correcting errors, removing duplicate entries, and ensuring data uniformity.
• Data verification and validation.
• Manage database/systems create new records, update existing data, index and categorize data for easy retrieval and analysis.
• Perform regular quality checks, rectify discrepancy/Inaccuracies in data
• Prepare reports, summaries, dashboards in a clear and understandable format
• Adhere to data privacy regulations and guidelines
• Completing assigned tasks within SLA and maintain high level of accuracy
• Guide and resolve queries of Grade 1 Associates.
• Email Management (Internal\External)- Managing day to day Emails.

Required Qualification:

• 2-5 years of experience
• B.Com
• Experience in Admin/Data entry process
• Moderate Excel skills (Pivots, tables, basic formulae).
• Computer Proficiency and use of Scanners (MS Office Apps Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Data entry forms and Software, Keyboard Shortcuts)
• Candidates who have worked in BPO/KPO, ITES, Accounting Industry would be added advantage.
