Job Description: Data Management Specialist

Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled Data Management Specialist with expertise in data organization, analysis, and management, using tools like Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. This role is heavily data-oriented and focuses on organizing, maintaining, and leveraging data to drive impactful email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis:

• Collect, organize, and manage large datasets with precision and accuracy.
• Leverage advanced Excel functionalities, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA scripting, for data cleaning and analysis.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights through detailed data analysis.
• Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and validation processes.
• Dashboard management with Graphical Report Analysis.

Data Segregation & Optimization:

• Segment data effectively based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional factors.
• Create and maintain databases for targeted marketing and business strategies.
• Optimize data workflows and storage systems to improve efficiency and accessibility.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and automation.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present actionable insights.
• Experience in database management and segmentation.
