Head of Projects/Director of Engineering

We are seeking skilled professionals, and a results-oriented Director of Engineering to lead our project management function, ensuring seamless execution, client satisfaction, and alignment with our strategic goals.

Education: Graduation/ Postgraduation

Experience : 10 + years

Roles and Responsibility:

• Project Portfolio Management:

1. Oversee the delivery of multiple, mid-scale IT projects across industries, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
2. Define and implement robust project management methodologies to maintain consistency and quality.
3. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Strategic Planning:

1. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute project strategies that support business growth.
2. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in project delivery.

• Team Leadership:

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers and technical staff.
2. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
3. Drive professional development and training initiatives within the team.

• Client Engagement:

1. The primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality solutions.
2. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and consistent delivery.
3. Proactively address client concerns and resolve project escalations

• Risk and Resource Management:

1. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
2. Optimize resource allocation to meet project demands and maximize efficiency.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

1. Define KPIs for project and team performance.
2. Prepare and present progress reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
