Job Description

SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
The Manager HR will be responsible to provide end to end support for recruitment, training development, systematic documentation and employee engagement. It is expected from the Manager to support the team for smooth and effective functioning of HR operations.
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
    Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies:
  • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and future workforce planning.
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment Process:
  • Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and competencies.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Enhance the organization s employer brand to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and other platforms to promote the organization s values and culture.
  • Diversity and Inclusion:
  • Ensure diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Develop strategies to increase diversity in the candidate pipeline.
  • Recruitment Metrics:
  • Track, analyse, and report on recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Use data to continuously improve the recruitment process.
    Onboarding:
  • Design and Execute Onboarding Programs
  • Create comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
  • Ensure a seamless transition for new employees from the offer stage to their role assimilation.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Develop initiatives to enhance new hire engagement and retention.
  • Collect feedback to refine and improve the onboarding experience.
  • Orientation Programs:
  • Conduct orientation sessions that align with company culture and values.
  • Provide necessary training and resources for new employees to succeed in their roles.
    Learning Development (LD):
  • Develop and Implement LD Strategies:
  • Create and execute learning strategies that support business goals.
  • Identify skill gaps and design programs to address them.
  • Training Programs:
  • Design, implement, and manage training programs for all levels of employees.
  • Facilitate leadership development and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Adjust and improve LD initiatives based on data and evolving needs.
  • Collaboration with Departments:
  • Partner with different departments to identify training needs and tailor LD programs accordingly.
  • Ensure LD initiatives are integrated with overall HR and business strategies.
  • Learning Culture:
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  • Encourage employees to take ownership of their personal and professional growth.
  • Exit Process:
  • Ensure exit processes are followed including notification to key departments.
  • Ensure the full and final settlement and exit interviews, paperwork are completed.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Support to resolve employee grievances related to PF, ESI, HRIS, salary etc.
  • Support in documentation to meet the audit compliance.
  • Any other work assigned by the line manger.
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Learning Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization to foster collaboration.
  • Skills in mediating disputes and resolving conflicts within the organization.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges proactively.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive HR information discreetly.
