1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy

• Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent in product

engineering, AI, and DataOps.

• Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent

pipeline.

• Ensure a seamless on boarding experience aligned with our innovation-

driven culture.

2. Employee Experience & Culture Development

• Lead employee engagement programs to drive motivation and retention.
• Champion a culture of total experience, design thinking, and NextGen

workforce collaboration.

• Organize well-being programs, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and

leadership development.

3. Performance & Career Development

• Oversee performance management frameworks with structured feedback

loops.

• Implement learning & development programs to enhance employee skills

and leadership capabilities.

• Work closely with leadership to establish career growth roadmaps for

employees.

4. Compensation, Benefits & HR Compliance

• Design and manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and

retention strategies.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, industry best practices, and HR policies.
• Drive HR analytics to optimize workforce planning and engagement.

5. HR Digital Transformation & Automation

• Leverage GenAI and HR analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Implement HRMS tools to streamline operations and enhance employee

experience.

• Drive automation and AI-led efficiencies in HR processes

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

• Experience: 10+ years in HR, preferably in a product engineering, IT, or

AI-driven organization.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices in tech-driven workplaces.

• Experience with HRMS platforms (Zoho, Workday, SAP Success Factors,

Bamboo HR, etc.).

• Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and workforce regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic HR skills.

• Ability to thrive in an agile, high-growth, innovation-driven environment.
