Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department and develop strategies to attract, retain, and engage talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive and compliant work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in HR management, with experience in the IT or software development industry being a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage the entire HR function effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- Ability to multitask and manage various HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Oversee the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and plan hiring strategies.
- Lead the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement policies that foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Manage employee performance reviews, goal-setting processes, and provide guidance for career development.
- Resolve employee issues and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover, retention rates) and provide insights to improve HR processes.
- Coordinate and manage employee benefits, payroll, and compensation packages.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
