Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, on-boarding and employee retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and workplace safety standards.
• Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the Companys future plans.
• Manage performance appraisals and training programs.
• Foster a positive work culture and address employee grievances effectively.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in HR or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of HR practices in the construction domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software/tools and labour compliance requirements.
• Problem-solving mind-set with a focus on employee engagement.

Communication:

• Excellent English writing skills.
• Fluency in conversing in English and Hindi is a must.
