Senior Accountant

Professional Summary:

• We are seeking skilled and motivated Senior Accountants with 3 to 5 years experience in the construction industry.
• Should possess excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be well versed in handling Project Finance.
• Maintain and oversee day-to-day project related financial transactions and records.
• Prepare cash flow, budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Handle project related GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets and expenses.
• Should have good negotiation skills and vendor management capabilities.
• Liaise with Banks and Government Authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Masters in Commerce (M.Com)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting in the construction or airport infrastructure industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

Experience:

• 3-5 years experience as Senior Accountant in reputed Construction Companies.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
• Should demonstrate fluency in official correspondence with Banks, Vendors and other relevant stakeholders.
