Don't ever go to apply in this company. There is no job security in this company and they wi always hire you on contract and once the contract got ended they will not notify you for further update. You have to sit at home and feel you are a jobless

Job Security up to certain extent, good thing is that procedures are standardised but often gets neglected or bypass.

Dislikes

Compensation is average in the industry, in fact not balanced as per the load of the work. Leadership & top management takes time in decision making. Inter departmental coordinations are weak, lots of follow up requires for the works related to finance, strategy, communication, procurement etc.

Salary & other benefits are not so healthy considering the context and comparison to other working INGOs in Bangladesh. Also Bureaucratic management system are here.

...ife balance is great on this position as it allows you time for personal growth. salary wise they are average not the highest and not the lowest. allows for more learning. working environment is favourable.

too many politics at times. there is more of competition as opposed to teamwork at times. less opportunity for innovation.
