Manage Recruitment and Talent Acquisition : Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the education and mobility sectors.
Employee Relations : Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on all HR-related matters.
Performance Management : Develop and manage performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback. Work with managers to identify development opportunities and support employee growth.
Develop and Implement HR Policies : Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and comply with legal requirements. Ensure all employees understand and adhere to company policies.
Compliance with Labor Laws : Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including those related to employment, compensation, benefits, and workplace safety. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and implement necessary changes to company policies.
Employee Engagement and Retention : Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Conduct regular employee surveys and use feedback to improve workplace culture and practices.
Training and Development : Identify training needs and coordinate with internal and external trainers to deliver relevant programs that enhance employee skills and career growth. Support the development of a continuous learning culture within the organization.
Manage HR Administration : Oversee HR administration functions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and HRIS management. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all HR-related transactions.
Support Organizational Development : Work closely with senior management to support organizational development initiatives, including succession planning, change management, and organizational restructuring.
Health and Safety : Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by overseeing workplace safety programs and addressing any health and safety concerns.
Requirements
A bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the education, technology, or automotive sectors.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
