Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Wealth Management Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting top-tier talent with leading wealth management firms, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. As a consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the wealth management sector.
o Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
o Conduct client meetings to gather job requirements and discuss market trends.
o Advise clients on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment:
o Identify and attract top talent in the wealth management industry through various channels (e.g., job boards, networking, LinkedIn, referrals).
o Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
o Present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a strong fit for both the organization and the individual.
3. Sales and Business Development:
o Proactively generate new business by targeting wealth management firms and establishing relationships.
o Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
o Negotiate contracts, terms of business, and fees with clients.
4. Market Intelligence:
o Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments in wealth management.
o Leverage market knowledge to provide insightful advice to clients and candidates.
5. Candidate and Client Support:
o Offer career advice to candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
o Assist clients with candidate onboarding and post-placement support.
o Ensure a smooth transition for candidates joining new firms, providing ongoing support as needed.
6. Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the CRM system.
o Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, market trends, and performance metrics.
o Manage job postings, job advertisements, and other recruitment-related documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience within the wealth management industry.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management roles and terminology.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client relationships.
