Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for the US market .
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of healthcare recruiters, providing guidance and support on best practices and recruitment strategies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements, including HIPAA and other healthcare-specific regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on trends in the US market, including salary benchmarks, candidate availability, and emerging skill sets.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice within the US healthcare industry.
- Manage the recruitment budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing ROI.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically within the US market.
- Proven track record of success in filling a variety of healthcare roles.
- Strong understanding of the US landscape, including regulations, professional organizations, and industry trends.
- Experience with various sourcing channels and recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
