Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for technical, product, and business roles.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipelines: Leverage multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and teams to understand role requirements, culture fit, and long-term talent needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey, from application to onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that showcase our company as an employer of choice in the product and technology space.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Compliance: Ensure hiring practices align with company policies, industry standards, and employment laws.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Proven track record in TA, preferably within product/technology companies.
