Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and be a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team in support of our strategic priorities
- Lead and execute key strategic recruiting initiatives to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
- Build influential relationships and leverage alliances to garner support for ideas with executives, peers, as well as internal and external business partners
- Advise senior management in developing appropriate talent strategies based on short- and long-term business needs and partner closely with Human Resource function and business leaders to develop recruiting targets
- Ensure talent acquisition processes and practices comply with relevant legislation, policy, and industry best practices
- Proactively utilize metrics to align with current and forecasted business recruitment needs and manage volume and requisition distribution amongst TA team
- Effectively manage the productivity and efficiency of the hiring process against plan through ratio of metrics
- Ensure recruiters are trained and up to date on proper usage of recruiting tools
- Support the ongoing development of relationships with key stakeholders to identify strategies and achieve the recruitment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related business studies or equivalent education/experience.
- Extensive full life cycle BPS recruitment experience in a complex and fast pace corporate environment.
- Good understanding of BPS talent (voice and non-voice) landscape in India.
- Overall experience of around 15-20 years.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing a Strategic Talent Acquisition function/team.
- Should have managed a team size of around 25-30.
- Experience of hiring around 500-750 BPS team members (Voice and non-voice) per quarter.
- Experience of starting a new BPS center in tier-2/tier-3 city will be a plus point.
- Demonstrated effectiveness leading talent acquisition teams in diversity recruitment and related initiatives and programs in global, multi-brand environments.
- Consultative recruiting approach with ability to influence; high emotional intelligence.
- Proven track record of building influential relationships and leveraging alliances to garner support for ideas with executives, clients, peers, and business partners.
- Ability to drive change in thought and action focused on continuous improvement.
