Our client is an early-stage eCommerce Startup.
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Head of Product (Consumer) to lead our consumer-facing product strategy, innovation, and execution.
- This role will be pivotal in shaping the end-to-end customer experience, driving user engagement, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, deep consumer insights, and hands-on execution experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the consumer product roadmap in alignment with company's growth and business goals.
- User Experience & Growth: Optimize the customer journey across discovery, ordering, payments, and fulfillment to drive retention and engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to improve conversion rates, order frequency, and lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, and Operations teams to develop and launch scalable solutions.
- Tech & Innovation: Leverage AI, personalization, and automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, identify pain points, and implement solutions that elevate the consumer experience.
- Agile Execution: Drive product development through an agile, iterative approach, ensuring quick rollouts and continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years leading consumer-facing products in e-commerce, quick commerce, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, mobile-first experiences, and growth strategies.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling high-impact digital products.
- Experience working with data analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) and experimentation frameworks.
- Deep expertise in UI/UX, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business, tech, and design teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
