Job Summary:
- As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
- You will lead a team of 4-5 HR professionals, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality HR services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management on organizational design, talent management, and culture.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to drive business transformation and growth.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-5 HR professionals, ensuring they have the skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Implement performance management processes to drive continuous improvement and career development.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
Policy and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support the company's values.
- Ensure the organization is up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support on HR-related legal matters.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to provide insights into workforce trends and performance.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR from a Tier 1/2/3 college
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing a team of HR professionals.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive organizational change and implement strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
