Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies.
Reporting to: Head - Talent Acquisition
1. Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with Business Leaders, HRBPs, Hiring Managers, and Functional Heads to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and long-term talent acquisition goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights on market trends, talent availability & hiring strategies.
2. Talent Landscaping & Mapping:
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and talent benchmarking to build a strong understanding of available talent pools.
3. TA Process & Capabilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Implement structured interviewing techniques and competency-based hiring models to ensure quality hiring.
4. Industry Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Pharmaceutical / Agrochemical / Life Sciences / Manufacturing sectors.
