Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing/Healthcare/Chemical/Pharma/Medical Device/FMCG (7-15 yrs)

We are in the screening process for AM Talent Acquisition for our Leading Client into Manufacturing.

Company: Manufacturing (Healthcare/Chemical/Pharma/Medical device/FMCG).

Location: Delhi/Noida.

Position: AM Talent Acquisition.

Exp: 7-`15 years.

Job Responsibilities:

- Should have experience in managing End to End Recruitment process.

- Should have experience in creating/finalizing job description, building pipeline, stake holder management.

- Should have experience in MIS and HR document maintenance.

- Should have experience in Onboarding process and documentation and support in post onboarding activities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Manufacturing roles, ensuring timely and efficient hiring. Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop compelling job descriptions.

- Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and recruitment strategies.

- Conduct effective candidate screenings and interviews to identify qualified candidates.

- Manage stakeholder relationships, keeping clients and candidates informed throughout the process.

- Maintain accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) and HR documentation. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.

- Provide support to new hires after onboarding to ensure their success.

Qualifications:

- 7-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for Manufacturing roles.

- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with MIS and HR document maintenance a plus. Any master's/bachelor's degree a plus.
