Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead from a premier B-school with 3+ years of experience to spearhead our recruitment strategies and drive excellence in talent acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment in the FMCG sector, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with business goals.
- Build a robust pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide insights into market trends.
- Ensure timely and quality hires while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
3. Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Streamline and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and quality of hire.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
4. Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Represent the organization at recruitment drives, B-school events, and career fairs.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals to deliver results.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: MBA/PGDM from a premier B-school.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in managing mid to senior-level hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment trends, market dynamics, and talent strategies.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using SAP & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
