Position: Sr. Manager - Technical Sales
Exp: 10-18 yrs
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Targeted antioxidant and essential sales in middle east
- Manage all distributors and key customers in the region for the antioxidant business to achieve targeted sales.
- Negotiate and close contracts/orders with desired margins set internally.
- Manage and execute all sales orders in coordination with purchase, production, and logistics for timely delivery.
- Arrange samples for new projects from customers and distributors.
- Timely follow up for project updates.
- Follow up on new projects with the food application lab and provide technical support to customers.
- Push distributors to achieve targeted sales in the region.
- Handle customer complaints in coordination with the quality control department and application lab, and resolve them.
- Coordinate internally with the application lab on projects offered by customers.
- Provide a daily sales report to the Managing Director.
- Periodically visit customers within the region for the promotion of products and follow up to convert leads into orders.
- Monitor and plan raw materials required for existing and future orders in coordination with the purchase department.
Experience:
- 10-18 years in Technical Sales with a focus on antioxidant and essential sales in the specified region.
- Should have Strong negotiation and contract closure skills.
- Technical competence to engage with the food application lab and provide support to customers.
- Analytical and strategic thinking for planning raw material requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in any related field experience in Technical Sales with a focus on antioxidant and essential sales in the specified region"
