Our client is a renowned player in the haircare professionals division based in Mumbai
Role: Head Marketing (Professional division)
Reporting to: CMO
Team size: 4 Brand Managers / Assistant Brand Managers
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Professionals Division aligned with business goals.
- Define brand positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee brand campaigns, both digital and traditional, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Oversee brand strategy, new product launches and promotional campaigns for salon-specific products.
- Create impactful BTL activations, trade shows and educational programs for stylists.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive insights.
Preferred Candidate:
- 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the salon and professional hair care market.
- MBA from a premier B school.
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills.
