- You will own the end-to-end management of building our expert workforce, overseeing sourcing, training & onboarding.

- Your mission is to ensure a steady supply of high-quality experts, optimize costs, and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy and implement innovative hiring practices to meet supply targets, ensuring scalability and alignment with business growth.

- Oversee the day-to-day management of the existing expert cohort, ensuring adherence to quality, reliability, and performance standards.

- Ensure adequate supply levels to meet customer demand, even during peak periods.

- Monitor and optimize supply costs, maintaining a balance between quality and financial efficiency.

- Analyze data and trends to forecast future supply requirements and proactively address

- Develop and refine workflows across sourcing and field operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Ensure seamless collaboration with other teams, such as growth and product, to align supply-side operations with business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 10+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or operations in fast-paced industries, with a focus on cost efficiency and optimization.

- Execution & Leadership: Proven ability to strategize, execute, and lead high-performing teams in dynamic environments.

- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to drive decisions and enhance performance.
