Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project execution for elevator and escalator installations, including planning, design coordination, procurement, contracts, and construction.
2. Installation & Execution: Manage the installation of elevators, escalators, hydraulic lifts, and dumbwaiters, ensuring timely project completion.
3. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate execution teams, area engineers, and contractors for smooth project operations.
4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Work closely with contractors, vendors, and principal contractors to ensure seamless workflow and quality assurance.
5. Material & Resource Management: Plan and schedule material procurement based on site conditions, ensuring availability and optimal usage.
6. Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Handle project budgeting, final payment follow-ups, and accounts receivable (AR) collection.
7. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory guidelines for all workers and project sites.
8. Quality Assurance & Inspection: Conduct quality inspections for installations, modernization, and maintenance to meet industry standards.
9. Client & Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients, attend meetings, and provide updates from initiation to project completion.
10. Process Improvement & Innovation: Implement best practices for elevator modernization, troubleshooting, and safety enhancements.
