Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Business Expansion: Deliver revenue targets (topline), manage business expansion across channels & locations and ensure efficient management of inventory & sales cost.
2. Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of the overall channel strategy, guiding the organization to achieve sustainable competitive growth.
3. Customer Relationships: Build & nurture strong, influential relationships with key customers, focus on delivering shopper, channel, and category solutions to enhance customer engagement.
4. Product Portfolio & Distribution: Build a healthy product portfolio with right assortment (with KVIs & other range), pricing and categories. Maintain a strong numeric & weighted distribution and right SKU listings.
5. People Leadership: Recruit, retain and develop a high-performing team (both on-roll and off-roll). Foster a culture of open dialogue, performance excellence and continuous talent development.
6. Market Insights & Innovation / Market Intelligence Building
Candidate Profile:
1. Post-graduate with 12+ years of FMCG industry experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing national sales teams & accounts.
2. Bring an entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational, people and communication skills
3. Proven track record of building effective, long-term business relationships with key decision-makers with a track record of meeting/ exceeding sales objectives.
