About the Role:

The role of Head - Modern Trade (West & South India) is a strategic leadership position, focusing on driving growth, building relationships with key retail accounts, and enhancing the brand's presence across Modern Trade channels in these key regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the Modern Trade strategy for West and South India, aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts across major retail chains.

- Drive sales and profitability by optimizing trade spends, negotiating partnerships, and implementing promotional strategies.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to achieve regional sales targets.

- Identify opportunities for market expansion and collaborate on initiatives to strengthen the brand's presence in Modern Trade.

- Analyze market trends and performance data to refine strategies and ensure ROI maximization.

Key Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Modern Trade, preferably within the FMCG food or premium snacking sector.

- Expertise in account management, sales strategy, and negotiation.
