- Sales Target Achievement: Build relationships with regional Modern Trade (MT) Chains to ensure the successful achievement of sales targets.

- Distribution Strategy: Design and implement distribution infrastructure plans and monitor their success.

- Sales Promotions: Develop and execute strategies for promotional activities, new product launches, market share expansion, and visibility.

- Team Building: Recruit and develop quality manpower for sales operations while ensuring retention and team growth.

- Training and Development: Achieve training goals, track progress, and ensure high potential candidates are nurtured within the team.

Requirements:-

Education: Full-time MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of FMCG industry experience with a focus on Modern Trade.
