Summary:

Your Future Employer:
Is a specialist research, analytics, and advisory firm that helps clients with custom knowledge solutions to identify and realize global market growth opportunities, partnerships, and potential investments.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an HR advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with department heads to identify workforce challenges and propose HR solutions.
- Support in driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, such as talent acquisition, retention, and development programs
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Support the performance review process by assisting managers in setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance discussions.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Support HR initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in the administration of salary reviews, promotions, and bonus programs.
- Support compensation benchmarking efforts to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Provide employees with information on benefits programs and policies.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies in all HR activities.
- Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support HR reporting and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or Talent Management role.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in corporate or multinational companies.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
