HR Business Partner (3-6 yrs)

1. End-to-End Life Cycle Management of employees.

2. Oversee all human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with business goals.

3. Responsible for aligning staff to business objectives, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, communicating role expectations, running orientation and onboarding processes.

4. Suggest best practices from the Industry as input in Updating current policies and practices.

5. Drive Employee Engagement initiatives rolled out by COEs.

6. Ensuring compliance with regulations, adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions.

7. Conducting Periodic meetings / Discussions / 5 WOW Practices.

8. Handling employee grievances and addressing the same appropriately.

9. Establishing a positive rapport with stakeholders without compromising delivery.

10. Performance management process for the organization covering goal setting, development planning, mid- year & annual performance reviews.
