Notice Period - Immediate/ 1 month.

Responsibilities:

- Performing all HR duties at the professional level while supporting more than one functional group.

- Carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations consultation, employee connect, employee engagement activities, policy interpretation and application, and performance and talent management consultation.

- Working knowledge of PMS tools.

- Supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrolment; etc.

- Initiate employee connections regularly to understand various issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights.

- Communicating and engaging with account managers, and the leadership team to meet the organization's goals.

Skills:

- Communication skills Strong verbal and written skills.

- Analytical skills, organizational skills, and relationship-building skills.

- Service domain knowledge.

- Clinical domain knowledge preferred.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in HR, social sciences; Master's degree preferable.

- 7-9 years of experience in HR Generalist role/HRBP.

- The candidate is preferred from IT/Clinical/ Pharmaceutical organizations.
