Manager - P&C Insurance Operations (8-12 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and oversee insurance operations. The Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service delivery within the P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance process.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (Insurance certifications preferred).

2. 8+ years of experience in a leadership role within P&C insurance.

3. Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, underwriting, and regulations.

4. Proven leadership, team management, and analytical skills.

5. Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office Suite.

6. Excellent communication skills.
