Responsibilities:

- Managing accounts payable operations and leading a team of 5-7 professionals.

- Ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments while maintaining compliance with TDS and GST regulations.

- Overseeing month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Driving process automation and implementing efficiency improvements.

- Handling employee reimbursements and ensuring policy compliance.

- Coordinating with external clients and stakeholders for seamless AP operations.

Requirements:

- CA with 8+ years (minimum 5 years in corporate) OR MBA with 10+ years in Accounts Payable (Indian Accounting).

- Expertise in vendor & bank reconciliations, TDS & GST compliance, and month-end closing.

- Proficiency in ERP systems like Tally or similar accounting software.

- Strong process improvement and automation skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
