Assistant General Manager - Finance - Real Estate - CA (8-20 yrs)

- The AGM - Finance (AR & AP) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions of OPEX. This includes ensuring timely collections and payments, optimizing working capital, managing vendor and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving process improvements.

- Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) functions to ensure timely payments and collections.

- Prepare, review, and analyze Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and other financial reports.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of AR transactions in compliance with accounting standards.

- Generate AR reports and provide insights to senior management on cash flow and outstanding balances.

- Manage and supervise the AP function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.

- Monitor AP aging reports and improve payment cycles while maintaining good supplier relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in AR, AP, Balance Sheet, and P&L management.
