- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Modules implementation
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Payroll, Global HR, Absence, Compensation and Benefits.
- At least 2 End to End implementations experience of Oracle HCM Modules
- Ability to develop Fast-Formulas and troubleshoot complex Formula requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot Value-Sets and work with Table Types and develop SQL for the same.
- Ability to quickly understand HR and Payroll concepts and apply them to technology.
- Deep understanding of statutory components for the Middle East (UAE/KSA/QA) is mandatory.
- Excel in Payroll costing concepts and understanding of Dynamic Costing segmentation in Oracle Fusion.
- Knowledge to understand SQL reports and facilitate feedback to the technical team.
- Good Understanding and workability in HDL/HSDL/FBL is required.
- Ability to create Spreadsheet templates for Payroll Business Objects.
- Ability to understand the business requirement and functional specification documents
- Ability to produce artefacts such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training documents
- Ability to do Fusion Application Configuration, Testing.
- Knowledge of application to application integration on Oracle PAAS.
- Determination, self-motivation and an eagerness to take on new challenges
- Ability to adapt quickly, working in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently in support of Clients/Business
- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud a huge plus.
