General Manager - Finance - CA (8-15 yrs)

Strategic Financial Management:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.

- Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax laws.

- Implement strong internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.

- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational and investment needs.

- Oversee funding strategies, debt management, and capital structure optimization.

- Maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Drive process automation and enhance efficiency within the finance function.

Business Support:

- Collaborate with various departments to evaluate and support business initiatives.

- Provide financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and growth opportunities.

- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor and enhance operational performance.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- MBA in Finance or an equivalent degree (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial management experience.

Proven track record in strategic financial leadership roles.
