Manager/Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts - FMCG - CA (4-8 yrs)

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with substantial experience to oversee our financial operations. The selected candidate will manage financial accounting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and lead core financial processes. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Work alongside the CFO to manage working capital, ensure adherence to accounting standards, and address taxation matters effectively.

- Client Accounts: Manage client relationships, oversee receivables, ensure accurate reconciliations, and facilitate timely payment recovery.

- Financial Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reports with relevant accounting standards.

- System Enhancement: Develop and implement systems to improve operational efficiency.

- Tax Compliance: Supervise GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

- Team Leadership: Manage the City Accounts Team across all regional offices, promoting best practices and maintaining high performance levels.

- Audit Preparation: Prepare financial statements and assist in the audit process.

- Process Development: Design and implement SOPs to streamline accounting and operational workflows.

- Treasury Management: Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow management and liquidity. Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.

Required Skills:

- Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3+ years of experience

- Expertise in accounting, compliance, and finalization of accounts, including consolidation

- Strong interpersonal and team management abilities

- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in analytical tools

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
