Job Description

Finance Controller - NBFC, to oversee financial functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders.

- Prepare budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and provide actionable insights.

- Develop and implement robust financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements applicable to the wealth advisory sector.

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits, filings, and inspections.

- Mitigate financial risks by implementing risk assessment frameworks and internal audits.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business expansion plans.

- Manage the company's liquidity to ensure optimal working capital levels.

- Oversee banking relationships, loan agreements, and investment of surplus funds.

- Implement and monitor treasury policies, ensuring efficient cash management.

Candidate Details

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA must

- 10+ years of accounting and finance experience in Financial Services / NBFC sector
