About Client: Our client is a leading company which provides one stop solutions in the solar energy industry (Pre-series A funding of 100 Cr).
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential solar rooftop financing solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with solar EPC companies, distributors, and channel partners.
- Drive B2C acquisition and conversion through direct sales and strategic partnerships.
- Build and lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Work closely with credit and risk teams to streamline loan processing for solar financing.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in residential solar financing.
- Collaborate with marketing to create awareness and lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to NBFC lending policies.
Candidate Details:
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
- 8-12 years experience in Sales & Business Development (preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related financing sectors NBFC, fintech).
