Job Description

The role of AVP/VP - Group Financial Planning reporting to the Group CFO will be responsible for the following areas:

- Develop and manage short-term and long-term financial models.

- Drive the annual business vertical wise budgeting process and periodic reforecasting.

- Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.

- Conduct variance analysis (budget vs actual) and recommend corrective actions.

- Collaborate with business heads/ Finance controllers of respective businesses to understand operational drivers and align budgets.

- Liaise with senior management to provide decision-making support.

- Conduct scenario analysis to assess financial risks and opportunities.

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Provide periodic updates to investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies if needed.

Candidate Details

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Must.

- 10 years of experience in FP&A roles within financial services or related sectors. Exposure to NBFCs, banks, or insurance companies.

- Strong understanding of financial modeling, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in interpreting large volumes of financial data.
