Search Engine Optimization Specialist (3-6 yrs)

We're seeking a dynamic SEO Specialist to optimize our digital presence and drive organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical SEO knowledge with content optimization skills along with deep understanding on SEO strategies, technical SEO practices, and be able to analyze data to make informed decisions

Responsibilities:

- Keyword Research & Analysis : Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to identify opportunities for driving traffic and improving rankings.

- On-Page SEO Optimization : Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices and improving readability.

- Technical SEO Audits : Regularly audit the website for technical issues (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, site speed, mobile-friendliness) and address them.

- Off-Page SEO : Implement link-building strategies, guest posting, and directory submissions to boost domain authority and backlinks.

- Content Optimization : Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into written content.

- SEO Strategy Development : Develop and execute SEO strategies that enhance rankings and drive traffic.

- Monitoring & Reporting : Track SEO performance metrics through tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, preparing detailed reports on key metrics.

- SEO Trends : Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with content creators, designers, and developers to integrate SEO into website development and digital marketing efforts

CANDIDATE DETAILS:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.

- Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)

- Understanding of technical SEO principles

- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.

- Experience with both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
