Zonal Head - Business Operations - NBFC/BFSI (10-15 yrs)

The Zonal Head - North (covering UP + Haryana + Rajasthan) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all business operations, growth strategies, and team performance within the northern region. The role demands a deep understanding of financial services, strong leadership, and the ability to achieve business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the zonal targets in alignment with organizational goals.

- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth in the northern zone

Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Drive the sales team to meet or exceed loan disbursement, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners and customers.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of branch managers, sales, and operations staff to ensure high performance.

- Provide regular training and skill enhancement programs for the team.

Operations and Compliance:

- Ensure seamless branch operations with adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.

- Monitor and manage co-lending, channel operations, and loan disbursements.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

- Oversee zonal business-level budgeting, working capital management, and fund allocation.

- Collaborate with the treasury team for efficient fund and resource management.

Customer Experience:

- Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through efficient service delivery.

- Address escalations and resolve customer grievances promptly.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance to senior leadership.

- Proactively identify and address performance gaps.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Background: MBA / Equivalent degree in finance, business management, or related field.

- Experience: 8+ years in NBFC or BFSI sector with regional/zonal leadership roles.
