Payroll Manager (5-10 yrs)

Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Manager Payroll to manage payroll operations for 500+ employees across multiple entities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee payroll for on-roll and off-roll employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Manage statutory compliances such as TDS, PF, ESIC, PTAX, and LWF.

- Prepare and upload bank files for payroll and other payments.

- Address payroll-related employee queries promptly.

- Compile and send payroll and financial reports to the finance team.

- Generate and issue yearly TDS statements for employees.

- Conduct payroll audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Coordinate gratuity payments and vendor management.

- Maintain and update employee compensation data.

- Process intern stipends and statutory bonuses.

Experience & Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of payroll management experience.

- Proficiency in statutory compliance and payroll systems, preferably Oracle HRMS.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
