Designation: Senior Analyst - Payroll.
Location: Pune.
Exp: 4.6 yr to 8 yrs.
Work model: Hybrid/ WFO - 3 days a week.
Shift Timings:- 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.

Education:
Graduation + MBA (preferred).
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience in European payroll.
- Candidate should have experience in handling multiple country payroll.
- Good communication.
PFB JD:
- Administer end-to-end EMEA/Sweden/Italy/Luxembourg/Portugal payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations.
- In dept knowledge of - Payroll Country specific Compliances.
- Maintain and update employee records, including salary, tax, and benefit information.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of statutory payments, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related issues and streamline processes.
- Process new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status, ensuring correct payroll adjustments.
- Manage and administer employee benefits such as pensions, healthcare, and other deductions.
- Ensure accurate calculation and processing of statutory and voluntary deductions.
- Reconcile payroll reports with financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Co-ordinate with ADP (Payroll vendor) to run payroll (In depth knowledge is mandatory).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Additional as advantage: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines; Strong in Excel (data analysis, reporting, and payroll calculations); Experience on Oracle HCM/ADP E-time (Kronos) and ADP Celergo.
