It's a good organization I had high hopes but one should be careful as they are not really sure of how to manage their resources

Dislikes

There is no job security, They don't know how to manage their resources well They will keep you hanging for days and then remove you I don't understand why do they hire when they actually don't need to The hiring process will be so fast as if they have 10 projects waiting for you but when you join they will not know what has to be done and then they will keep you on bench and just call you one day and day client doesn't have projects your notice period starts tomorrow...Read More
