About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Generative AI Architect/Lead to join our team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions across various domains.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into robust and scalable AI/ML systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of advanced Generative AI models : This includes researching and evaluating state-of-the-art architectures (e., Transformers, Diffusion Models, GANs), exploring new techniques, and developing novel approaches tailored to specific business challenges.

- Develop and implement robust and scalable AI/ML pipelines : Design and build end-to-end AI/ML systems, including data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate AI/ML frameworks and tools : Leverage a strong understanding of popular frameworks (e., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers) and cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, GCP) to build efficient and cost-effective solutions.

- Design and execute rigorous experiments to assess model performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize hyperparameters.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI : Continuously research and learn about new algorithms, techniques, and best practices in the field of Generative AI.

- Share your expertise and provide guidance to junior engineers and data scientists.

- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Clearly communicate technical concepts and research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, statistical modeling, and natural language processing.

- Proven experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models : Hands-on experience with at least two of the following : Large Language Models (LLMs), Diffusion Models, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs).

- Expertise in Python and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including their AI/ML services.

- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Passion for learning and a strong desire to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML models, model monitoring, and experiment tracking.

- Experience with specific AI/ML domains : Experience in specific domains such as computer vision, natural language processing, or time series analysis.

- Publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals.

- Ph. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
