Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - D2C / E-Commerce - New Delhi - 12+ Years
We are seeking a seasoned marketing and sales leader with a proven track record in driving business growth, revenue generation, and brand success in the e-commerce/D2C space. As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for developing and executing a 360-degree marketing strategy encompassing performance marketing, digital, social media, growth marketing, brand strategy, and omnichannel sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
2. 360- Marketing: Oversee digital, social, performance, growth, CRM, PR, and traditional marketing efforts to create an integrated brand experience.
3. Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth: Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
4. Brand Management & Positioning: Strengthen brand identity through high-impact campaigns, media planning, and storytelling.
5. Product Launches & Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead new product launches, category expansion, and innovative go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration.
6. Data & ROI-Driven Decision Making: Monitor marketing KPIs, attribution models, customer insights, and analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
7. Customer Experience & Digital Transformation: Enhance UI/UX, website performance, SEO, and omnichannel engagement to improve conversion rates and retention.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
9. Agency & Vendor Management: Lead relationships with media agencies, PR firms, digital marketing partners, and technology vendors for maximum efficiency.
Key Requirements:
1. 15+ years of experience in marketing & sales leadership roles within D2C, e-commerce, fintech, or digital-first industries.
2. Expertise in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital strategy, and brand management.
3. Proven ability to drive revenue, scale businesses, and build high-impact marketing campaigns.
4. Strong understanding of SEO, UI/UX, data analytics, attribution models, and CRM strategies.
5. Experience in media buying, public relations, social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and leading high-performing teams.
7. Data-driven decision-making with expertise in KPIs, analytics, and ROI measurement.
