Job Requirements:
- 15 plus years of Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on senior leadership roles.
- Strong ability to headhunt, conduct market mapping, convert prospective candidates and utilize data-driven insights to come up with recruitment strategies.
- Experience in the Education Industry
- Experience in ATS management and collaboration with tech teams to ensure system enhancement & efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced and diverse environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
- Experience in on-boarding and vendor management, with attention to ensuring timely actions and payments.
