Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition - Senior Manager to lead our recruitment team. As a Team Lead, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic recruitment plans, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
3. Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.).
4. Interview Process Management: Design, implement, and manage efficient interview processes.
5. Candidate Experience: Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Hiring Manager Relationships: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions.
7. Metrics and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source-to-hire, etc.) to inform recruitment strategies.
8. Budget Management: Manage recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
9. Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
10. Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, laws, and regulations.
