Position: Lead Talent Acquisition (TA) - Functional Head
Location: Delhi (Candidates outside Delhi will not be considered as candidate should know the Delhi Market for Recruitment
Experience: 12+ years
Working Hours: 12 PM - 9 PM or 2pm -11 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function for the organization.
- Focus on hiring TECH and NON-TECH roles within the BPO sector (mandatory).
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to the Delhi market.
- Build and maintain relationships with Delhi-based consultants for recruitment.
- Manage and mentor the TA team, ensuring smooth operations and goal achievement.
- Work as a functional head, ensuring process improvements and scalability in hiring.
- Ensure stability in workforce planning and retention strategies.
Requirements:
- Delhi-based candidate only (Relocation not considered).
- Strong knowledge of Delhi recruitment consultants and talent market.
- Proven experience in hiring for the BPO industry (mandatory).
- Prior team management experience is essential.
- Should have worked in a functional leadership capacity.
- Graduation is acceptable as the educational qualification.
- High stability in career history is a must.
