Detailed Description:
- Negotiation & Partnerships: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with top platforms and partners (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart) to optimize business outcomes.
- Sales & Performance Optimization: Develop eCommerce sales strategies, forecast demand, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met across multiple channels.
- Supply Chain & Distribution Management: Own and optimize the supply chain, ensuring seamless product distribution, inventory management, and stock replenishment for key accounts.
- Product Assortment & Listings: Oversee product assortment and the timely launch of new products, ensuring listings are accurate and optimized
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage sales and market data to identify trends, adjust pricing strategies, and improve product performance across eCommerce platforms.
Educational Qualification / Additional skills / Certification:
- MBA prefered, Bachelors degree in marketing, business.
- Strong understanding of online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other quick-commerce channels (e.g., Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, etc.).
- Proficient in data analysis and utilizing insights to implement business strategies and decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, with strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- In-depth understanding of product listing, content optimization, and stock management in an eCommerce environment.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to develop and implement actionable sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience:
- 2-3 years of relevant industry experience. Proven experience in key account management and sales preferably in the fmcg industry
- Proven experience in eCommerce business development, account management, or a similar role.
