Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts in Modern Trade and E-commerce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major retailers, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and online marketplaces.
- Negotiate annual business plans, including volume targets, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category growth and increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Ensure smooth execution of trade marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Manage trade spends and promotional budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Ensure compliance with trade agreements, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven track record in handling Modern Trade and E-commerce channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in P&L management, business planning, and trade marketing.
- Data-driven approach with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network with major retailers and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies.
- Experience in launching and scaling FMCG brands in Modern Trade & E-commerce.
